What we check before installing

We study the rooms you want to air condition, the location of the units, the electrical supply, and the condensate drain. In the case of a replacement, we also check the condition and compatibility of the existing installation.

• Number of rooms, area and orientation.
• Access to facade, roof or patio for the outdoor unit.
• Pipe routing, wiring and drainage.
• Necessary works or adaptations and building conditions.

Installation of split, multi-split and ducted systems

For a single room, a split system is recommended. If you want to air-condition several rooms, a multi-split system requires checking the combination of units and their simultaneous use. Ductwork needs space for distribution, return air, and maintenance access points. We choose the installation based on the building, not just the equipment's advertised power.

Replacing an air conditioner with pre-installation

Before reusing pipes, wiring, or drains, we check their condition and compatibility with the proposed equipment. Please send photographs of the existing units and their labels. Dismantling, removal of the old appliance, and any modifications must be clearly identified in the proposal.

What should be clear in the budget

The proposal must identify the equipment, installation, and labor included. Connection lengths, difficult access, electrical adaptations, removal of existing equipment, and finishes may affect the cost. We will detail what is included and what requires additional assessment; the price is confirmed for each installation.

From study to implementation

After agreeing on the work and the date, we carry out the assembly, system checks, and commissioning. We explain how to operate the equipment and provide basic maintenance guidelines. Please consult the documentation and warranty conditions applicable to your installation.

Split, multi-split or ducted: what changes in the installation

A single split system serves one room; a multi-split system connects several indoor units to a single compatible outdoor unit. Ductwork requires planning the space under the false ceiling, the grilles, and the return air. For villas or renovations, please send us a floor plan if you have one so we can assess the ductwork before providing a quote.
